RHARC- Residence Hall Association Representative Council

The Residence Hall Association Representative Council (RHARC) is a great way to get involved in IUDM in addition to being a dancer. This group is for those who want to go the extra mile as the connection between the residence halls and IUDM.

Members of RHARC are responsible for relaying information to other dancers in their dorms and making sure everyone involved is well-informed about IUDM events and is given ideas about how to reach their fundraising goals. Those who become part of RHARC will be expected to attend a mandatory retreat in late September and will attend weekly RHRC meetings with their mentors from the IUDM Recruitment committee. This group has a bit more responsibility as they take on being a dancer and council member, but the rewards are tremendous! If your high school had a dance marathon, you would be perfect for RHARC, but it is certainly not necessary that you’ve had any prior experience. Call out meetings will be held the second week of school, so please keep an eye out for call-out posters in the dorms at the beginning of school!

If you have any questions or would like more information before school starts, please feel free to contact me!
